Really good alternative to the insanely priced Waikiki restaurants. BYOB and sit outside to pop music and a upscale food truck vibe. I had the Mahi and shrimp kebab combo and it was really good. I just like and admire what they're trying to do here.
I went to Oahu, Hawaii for the first time last week and we tried a couple of restaurants. Blue Ocean was by far the best priced & delicious place we ate at. We went and ate there twice and we 100% recommend this place. The quantity and quality of the food was amazing & the people there were beyond friendly. Loved it and whenever we get a chance again, we'll definitely be going back.

On holiday and got off the bus at the wrong stop. Found this place completely by accident, but glad we did. So many options, I had the grilled mahi mahi with grilled beef and pineapple skewer, wife had the same but with grilled shrimp. Unreal food, and simple yet cool atmosphere. Would eat here all the time if we lived in Honolulu. 7 out of 5 stars, would recommend.
